Alphabet Tracing 2.0 is provided by Jantajorn Teepakdee, Kids Game Free App. It helps children learn uppercase and lowercase letters through letter names, sounds, tracing, vocabulary, quizzes and rewards. This policy explains information handling by the app and its advertising and privacy services.
Learning activities and information on your device
Children do not need an account or provide a name, email address or telephone number to use the learning activities. The app stores learning progress, completed activities, rewards and sound preferences locally on the device. We do not operate a server that receives this learning progress. Deleting the app removes its app-managed local data; device backups may be managed separately by Apple.
The app does not record a child’s voice or use the microphone or camera. Its pronunciation recordings are prerecorded audio files packaged with the app. They were generated using Microsoft Azure Speech; playing them does not send a child’s voice or learning activity to Azure.
Advertising and third-party information processing
The app includes Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Advertising availability depends on the app version, region, network availability and applicable privacy checks. Where advertising is available, the app uses banner and interstitial ads. The app does not offer in-app purchases or rewarded ads. Development and TestFlight versions use Google’s test ad units.
Advertising and privacy services communicate with Google. Google’s SDKs may process network and device information, approximate location inferred from network information, app or advertising interactions, and crash, diagnostic or performance information for advertising, privacy-message delivery, fraud prevention and service operation. Advertising or app/device identifiers may be processed where permitted by the SDK’s applicable privacy settings. This is separate from learning progress stored locally. Local progress storage does not mean that the advertising SDKs collect no information.
We configure ad requests for child-directed treatment, general-audience content rating and non-personalized ads. The app does not ask for Apple’s permission to track children across other companies’ apps or websites. These settings do not mean that all advertising-related processing is eliminated, and non-personalized advertising is not a promise of zero data collection. We have not added a separate third-party analytics SDK for learning progress; Google may use advertising SDK information for purposes described in its own documentation and policy.
For Google’s information practices, retention and privacy controls, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Google AdMob privacy information. We do not promise that Google retains all information for a fixed period or that we can directly erase information held solely by Google.
Children and privacy choices
The learning experience is designed for young children. We configure UMP requests to indicate that users are under the age of consent and do not present an adult consent request to children as a way to enable personalized ads. The app checks privacy eligibility before requesting ads. If the required privacy checks cannot be satisfied, ad requests remain blocked while learning activities remain available.
A parental gate protects external privacy and support links in the app. This gate helps reserve external actions for adults; it does not constitute verifiable parental consent to collect a child’s information. Parents can contact us with questions about the app’s privacy practices. We do not ask children to send personal contact details to participate in the core game.

Parents who choose to contact us may voluntarily provide contact information and the contents of their message. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about a child. We use support messages to respond to the request. The contact website is separate from the mobile app and has its own form and website processing. External websites and Apple services have their own privacy practices.
You may ask us about information you supplied directly to us or request its deletion. We will respond as appropriate to the information we actually hold and applicable obligations. For information processed by Google or managed by Apple, their own privacy request procedures may also apply.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but cannot guarantee absolute security. We update this policy when app functionality or relevant service practices change. The current version remains available at the Privacy Policy URL above.
